How will you audit my course?
Your Course Audit VIP Day is our opportunity to run a full diagnostic on your course to analyze it for strengths, weaknesses, and danger zones. Don't worry, you won't be left to wonder about what to do, your next steps will be outlined for you.
👉 First, you'll provide access to your course, the backend, and all of the data points I'll need.
👉 Next, we'll kickoff the VIP day with a live call so that I can know and understand you, your goals, your mission, challenges you're facing, concerns, and more. This is your chance to really tell me how you're doing, what's not working for you, what you want, and how you're feeling. #safespace
👉 Now I will run the full diagnostic of your course using curriculum design, instructional design, and teaching principles. Your course is run through a full rubrick that is objective and analytics driven. You won't be on the call for this, but will need to be available should I need any answers, data, or further access or information from you. We'll communicate via Telegram.
👉 We'll jump on a wrap up call for me to run through your results and your report with you so that you can understand the various points, the reasoning, and know your next steps. You're welcome to ask me questions and receive guidance.
👉 Next, you'll receive the full written report PDF with your full results and your full action steps clearly outlined.

FAQs
Will I be on the call with you during the diagnostic?
Nope. I'll run the diagnostic for you. All you have to do is be available for me during that time. I may reach out to you during the 3 hours on Telegram and I'll need a prompt reply. If you assign a team member to work with me during that 3 hours, make sure they are high-level and have lots of information and access.
What if my program is HUGE, with lots of data and lessons?
Everyone's course/program/membership is a different size. I can get a very clear picture of your course's health within 3 hours. If you think your course is fairly large, or you're concerned it may be, we can talk before you book. Your course will get a full and thorough inspection with a detailed report and action plan.
What if I need help after the VIP Day?
During our wrap up call, you have the opportunity to ask me as many questions as you have. You'll also receive the full report in writing. On top of that, you'll have 2 weeks access to me on Telegram to go over questions that pop up, things you may have forgotten, things you want clarification on, or more. I'm not going to leave you hanging in the breeze.
Can I work with you to help me fix my course?
Most definitely. 95% of my audit clients go on to work with me to fully update and up-level their course. This makes it soooo much easier for you to put those action steps into play, and work with someone who knows your course in and out and really understands you and your goals. Updating your course is one of my super powers and great loves.
When do we have our VIP Day?
Once you have secured your spot for the VIP day (paid invoice), you will be sent the link to book your Kickoff call AND your VIP day.
Your VIP day can be held during the week or on the weekend, as is available. As there is some pre-work required, we'll schedule your call to accommodate this.
If for some reason, you need to break your VIP day up into 2 separate spots (over one day or two days), you have that ability.
Due to the live nature of this service there are zero refunds issued.

At the end of our VIP day we'll book your wrap-up call and you'll continue to have 2 weeks of Telegram access with me. During your wrap up call you’ll receive your full report, results, and action steps.
Once our VIP session has ended, within 48-hours you'll receive your full post-VIP action plan so you can take action right away.
