The RESULTS Method guides you step-by-step in making your course meet the various needs of your students. My client Alison had a very custom roadmap she took her clients on with a variety of needs. We built her a fully passive course that gets even better results than her bespoke group coaching setup

  • No way Jose. In fact, I have a tech guide that shows you how to create your entire course with $0. It doesn’t matter how much money you have to spend on your course, you can make it high quality. As your income increases you’ll easily be able to upgrade where needed. Even if you were a multi-millionaire you don’t need to spend big money every month to have a prestigious business.

  • Yessiree Bob. Many students and clients come to me with an outline or a few versions of outlines (lol). As you go through the RESULTS Method you’ll easily be able to see what goes, what stays, and even completely revamp your outline. If you trust the process and go through it with me, you will find your new outline blows your current one out of the water. That’s not to say you won’t keep any of it and you definitely haven’t wasted any time

  • That’s 100% up to you. It’s all about how committed you are, how much time you have each day to work on it, how focused you are during those sessions, how much you procrastinate (we all do it, it’s okay), and getting your butt in the chair.

    After that, the other variables are how big is the scope of your course… is it a small course, medium sized course, or a signature course? That will determine how long it takes you to create it. However, the good news is you do NOT have to have the course 100% completed in order to launch it and onboard your students.

    Small course as quick as 1 week to 3 weeks.

    Medium 2-6 weeks

    Signature 3-8+ weeks

  • Let’s have a Course Mama moment here. Your people came to YOU for a reason. They like you already. They know you. Your personality, the way you speak, the way you dress, the way you look all works for them. They came to you because they like you, they trust you, and they want to learn from you.

    You don’t need to be anyone else in front of that camera except for you.

    In the course bonus section, I show you how to record your videos. Now, many folks will tell you that you can make slides and never show your face. While this is true, you’ll find that I’m not a fan of slide decks. There are several different ways you can record your lessons that are engaging, fun to create, and work WITH your personality and comfort level on the camera and I show you inside PPP. On top of that I share with you my method to film videos that make it easy and doable for even the shyest business owner.

    Many folks think I’m a natural in front of the camera and audience, but let me tell you, there was a time that I bawled for 5 minutes straight in sheer panic and overwhelming fear that i couldn’t do anything but blubber with tears and snot running down my face. Horrifying. If I can learn how to make videos and look like I’m a natural, you can too.

  • I’ll show you exactly what you need, and I provide much of it for you. Everything you can use is free. You will need a course platform, but if you really really don’t have money for it (it’s either rent paid or course platform) then I have a free solution for you to use.

  • Hell yes! We’re going to get to the heart of what your course should be about in the very first step. If you really crave some hand holding around this, I do have a course that you can finish in a weekend called Nail Your Course that will help you pick your course & plan your offer suite.

  • You’re probably vacillating between a few options to generate money. Coaching program, course, mini course, 1:1, membership, etc. You may be feeling pressure to make money fast and aren’t sure if this is the right area to put your energy right now.

    Here’s what I recommend. Keep promoting the service you have going for you right now, no matter what that is. Maintain that part and try a different strategy (if the current one isn’t working) to promote it.

    Then make a smaller course so you can start making income. It may be small, but I tell you it’s mighty.

    Once you have that smaller course made you can then build upon it. You can add a bump and a upsell. You can then build a larger course (using PPP again… remember lifetime access) to send them to the next step. All the while you can still be working 1:1 with your clients.

    You want to scale and build an offer suite, you need to start somewhere and now is as good a time as any. 3, 6, 9 months down the road it’ll be the same conversation and instead of asking yourself again, it could be done already.

    The smaller course is quick, less scary, and can get clients in the door. Once they’re in the door and you blow them away with your baller course, they’re gonna want more from you. The next sales will be that much easier.

  • No this does not. There are a million and twenty launch programs and courses out there and I’m more than happy to point you to the coaches I trust.

    This course is about building a stellar curriculum that works for your students and for you. It’s about serving our customers. It’s about streamlining and supercharging your business. That is plenty to focus on and work on. These elements combined will make your course stand out in your industry. In our business industry there’s so much focus on marketing and selling and copywriting that the art of customer service and product development gets lost and overlooked as less important. I say it’s equal. You can throw all the marketing glitter you want on your course, but at the end of the day, if it’s shit, it’s just glitter on shit.

    This is also where we give you real freedom. Too many entrepreneurs make courses following bad advice and pretty soon they start to drown in work, in expenses, in managing their too big team, and demands on their time. That’s not real freedom.
